As you ride through our site, when you decide to add an item to your shopping cart, click on the Add to Cart icon. That item will then be added to your shopping cart. At any time you may view your items in your shopping cart, add quantities, delete items, empty your cart, or Check out.
When you are finished shopping, your online pay pal order will processed through a Secure layer.
Texas Residents are required to pay sales tax. (Texas Residents pay 8.25% sales tax)

Delivery
In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Should items be out of stock a verification via email will be sent notifying you of approximate ship date. Orders are normally shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. Postage fees vary depending on size/weight of item and destination.
Returns and Exchanges
Subject to the conditions stated, within 14 days of a shipment a customer may request to return merchandise purchased from Ranch Dressin Online.
We will issue a full refund plus refund of shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the item arrives damaged, and you do not wish to replace it. Ranch-Dressin.com may request pictures of damaged merchandise via email or mail. The customer will expect a refund in the same form of payment that was originally made.
If your return is not due to our error or damages, we will deduct the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee from your refund. A 20% restocking fee on ALL non-damaged returned products. When returning a product, it must arrive back to Ranch Dressin in its original condition. All packages must be insured by the shipper for the total amount enclosed. If it arrives to us broken or damaged, the refund will be denied. It will then be the customer's responsibilty to file a damage claim through the shipping company.
If merchandise is sent back without return authorization from Ranch Dressin, no refund will be given.
Ranch Dressin will not be able to take returns on custom made items or select manufacture drop ship items which could include the following:
*embroidered towels
*toilet seat covers
*bedding ensembles
*select shower curtains

Ranch Dressin will accept returns on Glassware and Dinnerware items only if the items are broken or chipped or if the piece is unable to be used. Please do not ship defective glassware or dinnerware pieces back to us. We will accept photos of defective items via mail or email for return authorization. All packages are insured either through USPS or UPS. If the return is based on broken items, please keep the original packaging and the broken item(s) until verification of loss by UPS or USPS for insurance claims. You may also be asked to take the original packaging and the broken item(s) to the nearest USPS or UPS facility for verification.
We will not accept returns 10 days after return authorization has been granted. We will only accept returns and refunds for item(s) purchased from Ranch Dressin Online.
We will not be able to accept returns on special orders.
Please send the package(s) securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address given below. We ask that you do not send any packages COD, as we will not accept product returns shipped COD.
